09/27: face to face/saves the day/a new found glory/sum 41 - i advise against going to shows at slims in SF. the sound there was really, really, really bad. (it took NFG's singer 2 songs to realize his mic wasn't on). nevertheless, saves the day rocked. (though i have seen them much better)
09/24: beck/tonic/travis/dogstar(!) - decided all i really wanted to see was beck, so we went late. he put on a great show, as always. very entertaining. i missed dogstar, but ya gotta love the people in the audience with the "Wyld Stallyns" signs.
09/19: jets to brazil - i love these guys. i was pissed when i heard about the SF show after it sold out. thankfully, no one goes to santa cruz for shows so there were plenty of tickets left there.
09/18: jurassic 5 - a pretty great all around hip-hop show. some of the dj's were a little subpar, but super natural made up for all of them -- his freestyle is amazing.
09/17: moby - it's moby, come on, you know it was a good time.
09/14: the get up kids - kickass show all around (note: koufax is considerably better live than on their album)
